Dominic Spagnuolo has been in the construction industry for 44 years, founding SDB in 1981. He has been recognized for his contributions to the industry by being awarded City of Tempe Arizona Small Business Man of the Year of 1992. Arizona Small Business Man of the Year 1993. He is a founding member of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) and a supporter of the Del E Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.
Brian Bohnsack has been in the construction industry since 1976. Since joining SDB Inc.. in 1989, he has provided management and leadership in the Estimating Department as well as the Projects Division. Brian is Vice President of the Sustaining Operations Division where he provides general management to the Job Order Contracting, Manufacturing and Industrial Accounts.
Brian believes in and shares the same vision as SDB.

Nick Crisci has been in the construction industry since 1983. He has a broad knowledge of all phases of commercial construction including Financial institutions, Health Care, Education Facilities, Retail, Public Works and Hospitality Facilities. Nicks leadership and varied experience has proven to be invaluable to SDB. Nick has been with SDB for the past three years, and is Vice-President of the Building Division.
Ed Riccio has been with SDB for nine years, now serving as the company's Chief Financial Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, his background includes five years auditing construction industry clients. Ed directs the accounting, financial and administrative areas of SDB. He has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and a Masters of Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
